Suncraft Senzo Damascus Black Kiritsuke, 20 cm

The Senzo Black series Kiritsuke knife blade has 33 layers. 32 layers of stainless Damascus steel are forged over the cutting core. The cutting core is made of hard VG10 steel. The hardness on the Rockwell scale is 60 HRC, and its sharpness and edge retention are top-notch.

Made in Japan.

The knives in the Senzo Damascus Black series feature dark brown pakkawood handles. The blades in this Black Damascus series have a deeper and darker pattern compared to other Damascus series knives. Each blade has a unique pattern.

The pattern on the blade's flat surface reduces sticking when slicing.
