Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, it must not have been used or worn, the tags must not have been removed and the product must be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. We will not accept products that are sent back to us without a return request.

Damages and problems
Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, this will allow us to assess the problem and rectify it.
Exceptions / non-returnable products
Some products are non-returnable. These include perishable products (such as food, flowers and plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised products) and hygiene products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of dangerous goods, flammable liquids and gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.
Unfortunately, promotional items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you received and purchase a new product once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Subject to the conditions above, you can cancel or return orders sent to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. Such a return requires that the product is in the same condition as when it was received, has not been used or worn, has not had its tags removed and is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns of payment
We will notify you when your return has been received and checked. We will also let you know if we will accept a refund. If a refund is accepted, you will receive your money back to the original method of payment within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and deposit it into your account.
