When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product or service. Wildpoint Outdoors reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason in its sole discretion. Your order will not be accepted until Wildpoint Outdoors confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Wildpoint Outdoors may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after the order has been accepted. If we do not accept your order, if we make changes to it, or if we cancel it, we will try to notify you by contacting you using the email address, billing address or telephone number you provided at the time of ordering.
You can only return or exchange your purchase in accordance with our Returns Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchase is for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price of the product or service will be charged at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays in shipments and deliveries. All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the actions of the carrier, customs procedures or other events beyond our control. Once we hand over the goods to the carrier, the title and risk of loss passes to you.
