Hunting knife, UHC

The “first” Roselli, whose minimalist design has remained the same since 1976. For over 45 years, it has operated in the wild and is effortlessly suitable for hunting, fishing and outdoor activities.

This Finnish handmade hunting and camping knife was originally developed as a hunting knife for elk hunters in Finland, and quickly became the perfect companion for handling larger game such as elk, wild boar and larger deer. The blade design and profile make it excellent for skinning game.

The blade is made of UHC (Ultra High Carbon) steel and the handle is stained from curly birch and coated with linseed oil, ensuring a firm grip even when wet. It comes with a handmade sheath made of dark vegetable-tanned Finnish leather.

Rosell's UHC steel provides an exceptionally sharp edge and excellent blade retention. As the steel is extremely hard, use the knife with care – avoid hitting bones or other very hard materials to keep the blade in top condition.
