  The Green Toilet Light is a urine-separating dry toilet suitable for many uses. The Green Toilet Light separates urine from solid waste with a two-part seat structure, where urine is directed to the front part of the seat opening and solid waste goes to the waste container at the back.

  Thanks to urine separation, the Green Toilet Light is completely odorless. It is best for summer use and suitable even for larger families. When the majority of toilet output is liquid (80-90%) and it is separated, only a small amount of compostable material remains, even with heavy use.

  The Green Toilet Light is perfectly suited for outdoor privies and can also be installed indoors. The Light features a hinged thermal seat, making it comfortable to sit on even in freezing temperatures.

  USAGE

  The Green Toilet Light is always used while sitting. When seated, urine naturally hits the front urine bowl, and solid waste drops to the back. Toilet paper is placed with the solid waste. The use of cover material is not strictly necessary in a urine-separating toilet, but it can be used if desired, for example, to cover deposits.

  MAINTENANCE

  The Green Toilet Light has a separate back cover, through which the full waste container can be removed once it's full. The waste bucket comes with a lockable lid for easy transport to the emptying site. Solid waste from a urine-separating toilet can be composted in a regular lidded composter, such as the Johanna composter.
