Suncraft's premium Senzo Pro Santoku knife. The blade features 3 layers of steel. The blade's core is made of extremely hard SG2 steel. Molybdenum-vanadium steel is forged over the core.

A hardness of 63 HRC guarantees exceptional sharpness and durability, meaning the knife doesn't need frequent sharpening. The blade is full tang. The handle is made from durable laminated wood pulp. The handle is attached to the blade with three rivets. The knife comes in stylish packaging.
