The Suncraft Clad Utility Knife is shorter and narrower than a chef's knife but larger than a vegetable knife. It's suitable for all kinds of tasks in a smaller kitchen. The blade is made with lamination, and its cutting core is Japanese high-carbon AUS-10 knife steel, which retains its sharpness for a long time. Thanks to its carbon content, the blade is easy to sharpen. A layer of stainless steel is forged onto both sides of the core. The blade's hardness is 58 - 60 HRC. The sharpening angle is 15 degrees.
The handle is made of durable Pakkawood and is attached to the knife's full tang with three rivets. The contoured handle provides a secure grip.
The knife should be hand-washed and dried after use.
