Suncraft SENZO Clad Santoku Knife 16.5 cm.
SENZO Clad series Santoku knife. A Santoku knife has a relatively short, wide blade with a sharply downward-curving tip. The Santoku knife is well-suited for chopping and dicing vegetables and fruits. The blade is made with a clad construction, and its cutting core is Japanese high-carbon AUS-10 knife steel, which retains sharpness for a long time. Due to its carbon content, the blade is easy to sharpen. A layer of stainless steel is forged on both sides of the core. The blade hardness is 58-60 HRC. The sharpening angle is 15 degrees. The handle is made of durable Pakkawood and is attached to the knife's full tang with three rivets. The ergonomically shaped handle provides a firm grip. Made in Japan.
The knife must be hand-washed and dried after use.
