Suncraft SENZO Clad Boning Knife, 16 cm

Suncraft SENZO Clad series boning knife. The knife's narrow and rigid blade is suitable for deboning meat. The blade is made with layered forging, and its cutting core is made of Japanese high-carbon AUS-10 knife steel, which maintains sharpness for a long time. Thanks to its high carbon content, the blade is easy to sharpen. Stainless steel layers are forged onto both sides of the core. The blade's hardness is 58 - 60 HRC. The sharpening angle is 15 degrees.

The handle is made of durable pakkawood and is attached to the knife's full tang with three rivets. The contoured handle provides a firm grip.

The knife must be hand-washed and dried after use.
