Smaller sashimi knife from the Suncraft MU Bamboo series. The blade is single-edged and the tip is sharp. This knife is especially suitable for filleting fish.
A widely used knife in sushi preparation. The blade is made of Japanese steel with high molybdenum and vanadium content, which helps the blade retain its sharpness longer. The round handle is made of compressed bamboo wood, a very durable and moisture-resistant material.
Wash the knife by hand and dry it after use.
