Nils Hiking Poles TK631 – three-piece telescopic poles for demanding terrain

The TK631 Nils Extreme trekking poles are three-piece telescopic poles that can be quickly and easily adjusted to the user's height (adjustment range 65–135 cm). The poles have ergonomic and grippy rubber handles and adjustable straps for increased comfort and control.

The internal shock absorption system reduces vibrations and protects the joints even during intensive use. The shock absorption can be switched off if necessary. The poles are suitable for both hard and soft surfaces and are specially designed for mountain and hiking terrain.

Nordic walking and hiking effectively develop the muscles and improve the functional capacity of the whole body. The exercise particularly activates the buttocks, calves, thighs, arms, shoulders, chest muscles and abdominal muscles, which supports overall physical fitness.

Comes with terrain plates (TN103 Nils) that prevent the poles from sinking into soft or muddy ground.
