Urban greenery and the tranquility of a national park: Our capital city is a year-round paradise for day trippers. Trails stretch from the coast to Central Park and neighboring towns. Route 2000, the Seven Brothers Trail, and the Vantaa River connect natural attractions into adventures that can last several days. In Sipoonkorpi National Park, primeval forests, rocky areas, streamside groves, and centuries-old traditional landscapes alternate. The trails and services have been significantly improved. We use laser scanning data in our maps, which makes the terrain information—including contour lines—more accurate than ever before. Our maps are printed on Tyvek material, which is waterproof and tear-resistant. Thanks to the ingenious page layout, all of the area’s most important hiking destinations fit on a single map.
