The tank is detached from the liquid hose and the ventilation pipe, and the wheel assembly is placed under the tank. After disconnecting the hose, insert the plug that came with the package into the hole. All of this can be done without tools. Then, roll the tank out the door and either transfer the contents to a separate compost pile or place the closed Green Toilet Easy lid from the \u003cstrong\u003ereplacement tank\u003c\/strong\u003e on top of the full tank. It's best to let the compost in the replacement tank compost undisturbed until the next maintenance is due. This is usually enough time for a toilet compost in family use to be safely used in the garden. After emptying the tank, remember to cover the bottom of the Easy with bulking material again.
